In an eleven page letter G.K. presented facts to support his complaint and demanded that Special investigation team (SIT) constituted by the union government or the local police should register FIR against Kamal Nath because two innocent Sikhs were killed in the attack on Gurdwara Sahib.

Speaking to the media today in Gurdwara Rakabganj Sahib Manjit Singh G.K. said that the attack on Gurdwara Sahib on 1 November 1984 was led by Kamal Nath. Delhi CM Wants India Today Booked for Hurting Sikh Sentiments

Magazine Cover Row: Sirsa Demands Kejriwal, Chhotepur’s Apology

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee General Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Friday 15th July 2016  slammed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) state convener Sucha Singh Chhotepur for claiming party national convener Arvind Kejriwal was “insulted” on being shown dressed as a ‘nihang’ on a magazine cover.
Claiming Chhotepur’s statement had exposed “mental hollowness” of AAP leaders, Sirsa said: “The photograph has not insulted Kejriwal. It has insulted Sikh community and customs by portraying a clean-shaven person in the attire of a practising Sikh.”
Sirsa said instead of further hurting Sikh sentiments by indulging in “fake rhetoric”, Kejriwal and Chhotepur should offer an unconditional public apology to the community.

S.Manjinder Singh Sirsa :Chief Minister of Delhi Sh. Arvind Kejriwal should desist from seeking political mileage from the wounds of the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre

Chandigarh, 14July
The declaration made by Chief Minister of Delhi Sh. Arvind Kejriwal about the repairing of the flats of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre victims; can clutch him into another controversy for him. The amount declared by the chief minister for this purpose is so meager that not to speak of repairing, the flats of the victims can not even be white-washed with this amount.

Delhi government was forced to made this declaration regarding repairing of the flats of the victims due to the constant and unrelenting struggle of S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa, General Secretary of DSGMC and Advisor to Dy. CM Punjab with State Minister Rank; about the help of the victims but the victims don't seem to be much enthusiastic about this declaration since the amount declared for this purpose is too meager to properly repair their flats. For the last 2 years, S. Manjinder Singh Sirsa had written more than a dozen letters to the chief minister, apprising him about the grave situation being faced by the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre and asking for sufficient help from Delhi government. In his letters, Sh. Sirsa threw light upon the issues of providing justice to the families of the victims, punishing the guilty of this massacre, need for waiving off the water and electricity bills in the colonies of the victims, repairing/renovation of the flats and cleanliness in the colony, providing employment to the youth turning adult in age, the progress of Punjabi language, appointments of Punjabi teachers and other issues related to the Sikh community.

Sh. Sirsa appealed that Mr. Kejriwal should desist from seeking political mileage from the wounds of the victims of 1984 anti-Sikh massacre. He said that helping these victims is the moral and constitutional responsibility of the Delhi government, which is not being fulfilled by the state government. But its chief minister remains eager to find opportunities to politicize the issues related to these victims. Delhi government should declare 1st November as "Black Day" and also should actually observe the day as a black day, the qualified members of the victims families should be instantly provided with government jobs, their debts should be waived off and the electricity connections being disconnected should be stopped immediately. Kejriwal government has been ignorant about most of the demands of the victims, due to which the life of the victim families has become very difficult. Sh. Manjinder Singh Sirsa termed the amount declared by Sh. Kejriwal for repairing of flats as "highly disappointing". Such meager amount is sufficient for proper repairing of the flats. Mr. Kejriwal remains eager to take political advantage from each and every issue but he never fully solves the problem from its roots. The same will happen in the case of repairing of the flats. Sh. Sirsa stated that the ironic aspect of Mr. Kejriwal's petty and dangerous politics is that the AAP leader is not an actual sympathizer of the Sikhs. Rather, he repeatedly exposes his lust for grabbing the political power. The same is being done by him in Delhi as well as in Punjab. The AAP leader wants to win the Punjab elections only by politicizing Sikh issues but his tricks won't be successful. Mr. Kejriwal has openly taken anti-Sikh stand in many issues like comparing AAP's election manifesto with Guru Granth Sahib, demolishing the decades old heritage Piao of Gurdwara Sis Ganj in Chandni Chowk, removing Punjabi language from the list of compulsory subjects in Delhi government's schools and taking anti-Punjab stand in Supreme Court in the issue of SYL canal. The people of Punjab have comprehended the highly complex reality of Mr. Kejriwal's politics, due to which he won't be successful in the elections of Punjab assembly.

DSGMC President Manjit Singh G.K. Demands from CBI to Register Case Against Tytler for Sending Money in Foreign Countries Through Hawala to Buy Witness in 1984 Sikh Genocide Case

New Delhi / 13 July 2016

The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) today demanded from India’s top investigation agency Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to register case against Congress party leader Jagdish Tytler under “Money Laundering Prevention act 2002” for sending money illegally to foreign countries.

DSGMC President Manjit Singh G.K. in a complaint to CBI director Anil Kumar Sinha said that Tytler has sent crores of rupees in foreign countries to placate and buy the witness of 1984 Sikh genocide and he also raised question as to why the CBI has failed to start investigations into the matter.
G.K. said that Tytler is allegedly responsible for killing of one Badal Singh a Granthi Singh of Pul Bangash Gurdwara during 1984 genocide and Tytler is facing a trial in Karkardoma court. But CBI has rejected all the evidences against Tytler and had given him clean chit.

According to G.K. a witness in the case Surinder Singh a Granthi Singh, his son Narinder Singh was allegedly sent to Canada by Tytler spending 50,000 dollars. G.K. alleged that Tytler has also paid a sum of Rupees one crore to Surinder Singh to turn hostile because he was one key witness who could send Tytler to jail.

G.K. adds that these facts were brought to light by Abishek Verma one time close associate of Tytler, but CBI ignored it. Verma has said that at Tytler’s behest he had arranged Visa for Narinder Singh but CBI never took note of it, further added G.K.

G.K. also added that Verma has disclosed that in 2010 on behalf of Tytler he has sent Rupees 5 crore to Tytler’s sister in name of Kapur Family settlement trust though hawala and part of the money was given to the witness in 1984 genocide. According to G.K. it proves that Tytler was fully involved in the matter and if CBI properly investigates the matter it is a close and shut case to nail Tytler.

DSGMC General Secretary and Minister of State in Punjab, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Lodged a Complaint Against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

The DSGMC general secretary and Minister of State in Punjab, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, lodged a complaint against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly hurting Sikh sentiments through his morphed image on the cover page of India Today magazine.
In the controversial image in the Hindi magazine, Kejriwal is wearing a traditional Sikh attire but there is no beard on his face - something which is against the tenets of the religion, according to the complaint.
Complainant Manjinder Singh Sirsa, who was elected to the Delhi Assembly from Rajouri Garden on an Akali Dal ticket in 2013, gave a complaint to the Parliament Street police.
He demanded that an FIR should be filed under penal provisions dealing with deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class.
Sirsa said in a statement, “Keshas (unshorn hair) are the inseparable part of every practising Sikh. Presenting any person in traditional Sikh dress in a clean-shaven form is a blatant insult to the established Sikh traditions and customs.”
In his complaint, Sirsa has also named the magazine. He said that such images can generate a misconception that the Sikh traditional attire can be worn by clean-shaven people too.
“Such misconception can, in turn, create misleading perception about the Sikh community, which can cause great damage to the established Sikh traditions and customs,” he said.
He warned that if the police failed to take stern action against the accused, the Sikhs all over the world will be compelled to initiate a strong movement against these accused parties.
The complaint seems to carry political motives as Punjab's ruling Akali Dal and the AAP have been gunning for each other in the run-up to next year's assembly polls in that state.
Kejriwal, who frequently campaigns in Punjab, has claimed that his party would get a clear majority in the polls - a claim rubbished by the Akali Dal.
The allegations of hurting religious sentiment against Kejriwal were made on a day when the Chief Minister announced plans of his government to repair houses of 1984 Delhi riot victims and refugees from Punjab settled in the city, a decision apparently taken with an eye on assembly polls in that state.

New Golden Palki Saheb Installed at Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Saheb

DSGMC Protest outside Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's House

DSGMC members and SAD (Badal) Delhi State activists during a protest against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leader Ashish Khetan on the issue of comparing party manifesto to Guru Granth Sahib, at his residence in New Delhi .

Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) and members of the Delhi unit of the Shiromani Akali Dal gheraoed the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today in protest against the Aam Aadmi Party’s belittling the Sikh holy book Guru Granth Sahib and Shri Harminder Sahib for “political gains”.
Under the leadership of the DSGMC president Manjit Singh GK, hundreds of activists held a protest march which started from Chandgiram Akhara in central Delhi’s Civil Lines and ended outside Kejriwal's house.
The protesters were holding placards, warning Kejriwal against belittling their holy books and holy places. They also burnt effigies of AAP leader Ashish Khetan and Kejriwal. The protesters also crossed two police barricades and when they were trying to cross the third one, the police turned the mouth of the water cannon towards them.

Following this, a few Akali ministers were also detained.
GK and the DSGMC chief secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that the Sikh community will not tolerate Khetan’s comparison of AAP’s election manifesto with the holy book, Guru Granth Sahib. Sirsa alleged that printing AAP’s symbol over the Harminder Sahib's photograph showed the party’s mindset.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa warned Kejriwal to stop anti-Sikh activities.
