CHANDIGARH: Following a query by PMO on why only a Sikh should always head the Punjab and Sind Bank, and amidst arguments put across by various Sikh leaders to continue with the tradition, Congress MP Pratap Bajwa has now written a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, urging him to select a Sikh for the job.
